Emirates Airlines which flies regularly to Sri Lanka is expanding their fleet of 'super jumbo' Airbus A380 aircraft by introducing another one at London Heathrow from July 1.
"London Heathrow was one of the key airports we had in mind when the A380 was first conceived," says Salem Obaidalla, Emirates Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations, Europe & Russian Federation.

"The new deployment allows more passengers travelling to and from the British capital to experience this remarkable aircraft."
The 517 seat aircraft offers private suites in the first class along with 76 fully flat seats in the business class. There are 427 seats in the economy class spread across four cabins in the lower deck.

Emirates operate eight A380s to Toronto, Paris, Jeddah, Bangkok, Seoul, Sydney, Auckland and London Heathrow.
